Membership

Membership in the Association is divided as follows:

Full Member

The country has representatives in the General Assembly and the right to vote on General Assembly decisions (one vote per country).

Associate Member

Any entity or organization operating within or outside the Arab region in the field of scientific/industrial/legal metrology, provided that it is approved by a minimum two-thirds majority of the General Assembly. This member has the right to participate in the programs and meetings of the Arab Metrology Association, including its technical committees, working groups, and laboratory technical proficiency programs. This member does not have the right to vote.

Observer Member

Any entity that participates in supporting the Arab Metrology Association, whether by providing technical or financial assistance, and has the right to participate in some meetings of the Association, including its technical committees or working groups. This member does not have the right to vote.
